We will generate a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which shows the range of prices being asked (and paid) for homes in your area together with their marketing information so you can arrive at an informed pricing decision.

When you list your home with us your home information is entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents, local and throughout the world, can immediately access your property listing by computer.

We regularly publish in newspapers, social media sites, we mass email messages and direct mail potential buyers.


When the sale/purchase deal has been agreed upon we will direct you to appropriate legal professionals to ensure that you best interests are protected.
